Managed properties are all subject to regular maintenance. We have an established maintenance team who carry out professional works at competitive rates. Alternatively, we are more than happy to use nominated tradesmen on landlord recommendation. Should landlords wish to organise works directly, we can provide them with contact information for suitable tradesmen.
